Inside the Pitti, a special section in collaboration with Liberty Fairs was dedicated to American brands. In this area, by far one of the most interesting of the event, a brand in particular, has been a revelation for us.
We are talking about Krammer & Stoudt, a brand designed by Michael Rubin, capable of merging East and America dell’West.
The designer was able to blend his native Californian roots with a typical contemporary flavor of New York, clear inside garments cuts and the accuracy of their impeccable workmanship. All of them, in fact, are made entirely in New York.
The result is a very interesting label where the rigor of the cuts is turned on by the taste of Socal vintage culture and influences of the South West which is reflected in ethnic-inspired patterns (wonderful bombers) and fabrics with raw and significant texture, where stripes and pinstripe alternate on shirts, coats, t-shirts and pants.
A real find, that connoisseurs and lovers of beauty will have to keep a close watch.
