We visited the Milan Tattoo Convention, this year in its twentieth edition, and we attended the Vans Ink Art event. But what is it exactly?
It is an exhibition with live show in which 10 among the most famous tattooists in the world make a tattoo on the iconic Californian brand Vans.
These artists attended the second anniversary of this original event by reinterpeting the Vans motto: Off the Wall. We are talking about Roman Abrego, Andres Acosta, Michael Agostini, Joe Capobianco, Myke Chambers, Victor Chil, Yomico Moreno, Fabio Onorini, Sasha Unisex and Norm Will Rise; each one of them reproduced the most unconventional moment of his/her life on a tatooable silicone Slip-On. Moreover, two tattooists couples such as Marco Galdo and Kinki Ryusaki – Andrea Lanzi and Simo Snt collaborated for the Live Ink Fusion event by making a live tattoo performance on the most popular Vans model.
