THE AMERICAN BRAND AND THE HIP HOP DUO COLLABORATE FOR THE WINTER COLLECTION
Supreme x dead prez autumn-winter 2019 is reality. In fact, the U.S.A brand and the couple formed by Stic.man and Lavonne Alford (M-1) have created a complete capsule: bomber, t-shirt, sweatshirt and trousers.
The colors are vivid. We see red, green, orange joining the classics, like black and white. The dead prez logo is printed on the back of the shoulder garments, while on the shirts and posts on the left, in front.
The silhouette is definitely oversized. This is because it takes up all the stylistic-aesthetic and cultural codes of hip-hop culture. World, among other things, of which the band has been part since 1996. And in which they are known not only for their hits, but also for being involved in themes ranging from social to political level, in the continuous search for social justice, and in favor of the Panafricanism movement. Without forgetting the involvement of M-1 in the Black Panther, in which he becomes part.
Returning to the collaboration – which already promises to be a success like the one with Lacoste – the result of the Supreme x dead prez autumn-winter 2019 work is already available online worldwide from Thursday, December 5th. On the same date, the collection was unveiled in the Supreme stores in New York, Brooklyn, Los Angeles, San Francisco, London and Paris. While from the 7th of the same month it can be bought in stores in Japan.
