After only a few weeks from the release of the Supreme x My Bloody Valentine collection, the New Yorker brand amazed us with another capsule in collaboration with the British brand Barbour.
Barbour, founded by the British John Barbour in 1894, was born among the South Shields markets, to dress sailors and fishermen of the British North-East coasts.
The company, still remained family-run, ended down from generation to generation maintaining its solid tradition. With more than 120 years of history, Barbour, specialized in outwear production, is mainly recognized for its waterproof jackets and in cotton, including the Bedale, the Beaufort and the Border.
In this collaboration with Supreme, we see as protagonist the Lightweight Waxed Cotton Field Jacket of Barbour, that, in a very exceptional case, wears the New Yorker brand’s name, and it’s proposed in three colorways: black, orange and leopard print.
With the same shades, we see also a waist bag, a bucket hat and a camp hat.
The release is expected for this Thursday 7th May at 12:00 on the Supreme official website.
In the meanwhile, have a look to the entire lookbook of the collection:
