Joking aside, with ICONS OF STYLE I talked a lot about POP Music and I thought it was time to shift the focus on Hip Hop!
I will start with the beautiful and damned Eminem “GOD OF RAP”, which with his rhymes has changed forever the history of Hip Hop music, marking the flow of entire generations of aspiring rappers.
Needless to say, his singing style is still impossible to imitate.
But Slim Shady is not only a musical legend, but he is also a provocateur and a fashion icon.

The video of the song begins with a man and his wife zapping and at some point, they find themselves following a program played by a certain “Marshall Mathers” who is just our Eminem…
Fresh and clean
The jacket I chose is in navy blue cotton by Tommy Hilfiger, very casual and perfect for this time of year.
Obviously we are imitating Eminem and so both the jeans and the T-shirt are oversize, the first by Carhartt WIP and the second, very basic, by Off-White.
For accessories we don’t want to miss anything and since Shady wears boxers in plain sight, why not follow his example?
I’ve selected a pair of striped boxers by Aries.
The ring in silver is by Maison Margiela, while Pepsi belt with a retro taste is by DSQUARED2.
Reebok sneakers, a timeless classic, complete the outfit.
Superman – evening look
Ladies… turn on the air conditioners and open all the windows, because the temperature is heating up.

For those nights when you want to feel more attractive than usual!
The oversized shirt by Burberry has a beautiful swan printed to enrich it and should be further improved by wearing a tie like that of Gucci in the photo (possibly untied!).
Black pants by Transit are very simple and have a comfortable cut, to wear also these with the white boxers, the ones i’ve selected are in cotton by Sunspel.
Black belt by Prada is very elegant, but dampened by the rest of the accessories!
The ring is the result of the collaboration between Chinatown Market and Hatton Labs, a gem of style.
As for the hat, it is a white bucket hat by Kangol, almost identical to the one in the video.
Nike Air Force x Supreme sneakers are of course the highlight of the outfit.
