Stone Island has always been synonymous with total innovation in terms of materials used for their garments. Research and experimentation without limits, or almost. A few seasons ago the brand surprised us with the Liquid Reflecting Jacket, built with a tissue bombarded with glass microspheres had an iridescent effect and took on different shades depending on the light, and recently has been relaunched the jacket that changes color with the temperature, a historic workhorse of the italian brand.
For a couple of seasons, perhaps they not coming innovations like these. Those who will snatch the WOW effect.
And here we are. Why this autumn-winter there’s a new model of jacket, speaking of those to be remembered in books of history of fashion.
This is the POLY COVER COMPOSITE: jackets constructed by the combination of two layers of which the upper one made with a semi-transparent fabric with polyurethane dual films, dyed fabrics, so as to receive a light vein of color. Each model has a special color effect given by the combination of the upper layer, semi-transparent, to that underlying colored.
Stone Island, according to the garment combined under the state semitransparent, has created three different models: we have the jacket where the base layer is made of a synthetic fur laminated in silver, one with a sweater in heavy cotton, and one with the base layer in wool carsgian.
The visual effect is really secured.
The clothes are for sale on official e-shop of the brand with a price (as usual important) to 725 euro and 825 euro (for the model with the wool cardigan).
