Stone Island has moved its Milanese fleet to a new flagship store.
Located in Corso Giacomo Matteotti 18 in the Palazzo del Toro, the new flagship store occupies two levels to showcase the Stone Island and Shadow Project collections.
The interior style perfectly follows the typical Stone Island stores created by Marc Buhre, an industrial designer from Germany and founder of the Zeichenweg TM architecture studio.
The peculiarity of the new Stone Island Milan store, however, lies in the use of bush-hammered stone used on stairs, floors and walls, the latter in turn treated with painted metal meshes.
The furnishings in yellow provide a touch of pop everywhere, with objects covered with natural felt, while the Shadow Project area boasts a blue-black steel floor with carbon hangers on the walls.
Meanwhile, the Corso Venezia 12 flagship store is currently being renovated and will soon host the Stone Island Junior collections.
