Reebok collaborates with Cardi B in a “mommy and me” capsule inspired by her daughter Kulture

Last month Reebok and Cardi B jointly launched a sportswear capsule signed by the artist from head to toe. From sportswear, to sneakers, to accessories. All but one thing, the one that is certainly dearest to the artist and that had to be integrated into a new capsule available now, her daughter, Kulture.

The title of the new addition to the already rich Cardi B x Reebok collection? “Mommy and me”! Many will associate the chosen name with the rampant trend that is making its way on instagram and social media among the many, many new mothers. The trend sees, in fact, young parents try their hand at coordinated looks and outfits with their children, sometimes with complementary combinations, other times with the same identical clothes, as Chiara Ferragni has also chosen to do with little Vittoria.

On the other hand, we are talking about the first generation of digital natives who arrive at the time of becoming parents using the online space as a real diary of their life, including children. Mommy and me by Cardi B and Reebok is therefore nothing more than Cardi’s desire to integrate Kulture, her daughter, into her collection, proposing a line of sneakers for children that is the same as that of their mothers, in order to wear coordinated shoes together.

No new models have been proposed from the already large collection launched in April, however, new bright colors and all sizes have been rethought to make it possible for any age to have the same shoes as their mother.

Available from yesterday, 13 May in adult, junior and infant sizes, here’s a taste of the capsule!
