PJ Tucker, born in 1985, NBA professional basketball player. But outside the basketball court, while he’s not busy putting the ball in the basket on behalf of the Milwaukee Bucks, who is PJ Tacker? A champion with unparalleled taste and style, there are those who even say that he is the most obsessed sneakerhead in the entire league. In short, a winning bet on which the well-known Italian brand, Dolce & Gabbana, was right to bet.
In the last few hours, these two great players have joined in a collaboration that sees the iconic Miami sneaker as protagonist. The new iterations of the model include two different colors. The first sees a suede upper in a bright shade of orange, nicknamed “Sicilian orange”.
The simple silhouette and the uniformly arranged color make the yellow details even more evident like the laces, the Tucker signature on the heel and on the tongue and finally, the Dolce & Gabbana label on the medial area. To complete the whole there is the sturdy midsole, also painted orange.
The second iteration is built in shades of light brown, almost dusty, flanked by beige inserts and overlays. Also in this case there is no lack of details, kept in the same position but colored white.
Dolce & Gabbana, however, has seen fit to do things big, adding an exclusive NFT to the drop. This means that a virtual version of the sneaker will flank the real, physical version, which can already be purchased on the brand’s official website at a price of € 595.
