Malph, step by step is increasingly embodying the role of the high level streetwear brand : always on his way, and with original and innovative ideas. The path is one that starts from the best Italian independent stores, to get into some of the top stores. Now comes the third step: the international one. Beacuse the brand, after participating in the Pitti this year, was invited to New York Capsule Trade Show.
And the collection is inspired by the Big Apple.
Three major themes: the first that of food / junk food. Food as love, obsession and pathology. And the stand was inspired from that. One of the most original stand, rebuilding a 70s psychiatric studio, medical bad, booths and sick in the flesh.
And behold, Malph collection features a series of garments with prints and patches applied allover with drink cups, chips and burgers: brilliant. How much are the original tees with pockets that represent physically containers overflowing with fries?
The second part of the collection is also inspired by the architecture of the Big Apple: palaces, buildings, printed and embroidered, and a close-up of the Statue of Liberty.
An eclectic collection, full of brilliant ideas. We wish a great good luck to Malph and its designer Luca Gregorio: the Big Apple knows how to embrace and recognize talent.
