Pirelli and Puma join forces to create the Replicat-X, a sneaker inspired by racing cars

It’s called Replicat-X and from motorsport it gains the aerodynamics and design of the Cinturato Blue tread which is replicated on the sole.

Linked not only by the passion for motor racing, but also for innovation and design, Pirelli and Puma have joined forces to develop the Replicat-X, a revolutionary sneaker inspired by the world of motorsport.

So this is how this special sneaker was born, a sneaker characterized by a completely new silhouette with an oversized rubber sole that reflects the exclusive design of the Pirelli Cinturato Blue tread, used to generate maximum traction in wet races and which, replicated on the shoe, helps provide grip and control when walking.

The upper is made of perforated suede microfiber with lateral mesh inserts to ensure maximum breathability and a very comfortable fit.

Puma and Pirelli with the new Replicat-X sneaker collection have created a new footwear concept inspired by the world of motor racing, bringing the spirit of competition from the circuit to the road.

The first colors of the new Replicat-X will be available from Wednesday 15 May on PUMA.com
