OFFICIAL! After several rumors that have chased all day, we first saw on Twitter the letter published by Michael J Fox received by Tinker Hatfield Nike that announced the imminent delivery to him of Nike Mag (so called and not Nike Air Mag)
Then here is a photo and a video published yet by Michael J. Fox. Be careful, if well secured the laces in the short video you will notice that these tighten themsleves, after a touch back. Sure, the sound and visual effect is not so striking as in the film, but at this point we can say that the technology ‘auto-lacing’ is now reality.
The news we get is that the shoes will be available in the market in the spring of 2016 and that the proceeds will be donated to the Michael J Fox Foundation in the fight against Parkinson’s disease as the American actor suffers from it and of which it is spokesman since many years thanks to its organization.

Availability
The 2015 Nike Mag is a limited edition release. It will only be available via auction, with all proceeds going to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research. The specific details on the auctions will be posted to Nike News and via Twitter @Nike in spring 2016.
