Nike has confirmed the release of a new deconstructed model for the Blazer Mid, in collaboration with Japanese brand READYMADE by Yuta Hosokawa.
Unexpectedly and contrary to the occasions when Nike communicates the reinterpretation of other sneakers, this new model is at the center of cutting edges judged in the sneakers’ world for the strong restyling.
The structure of the new Blazer Mid reflects the anti-establishment aesthetic of READYMADE and is available in two colors, white or black. Among the first relevant details is the deformed, wavy and thin Swoosh and certainly the sole made with Nike Grind’s sustainable process, a blend of recycled materials that come from the production waste of Nike soles. Then the upper, which has been assembled with different camouflage materials and colors, like the same laces that come with a layering and a fluorescent touch on the surface that draws an X letter.

The co-branding is highlighted in the sneaker’s heel area, with three small Swooshes that recreate the recycling symbol and READYMADE logo.
The debut will take place in coming months at a price of €160 on Nike SNKRS. Stay tuned!
