Jordan Bowen and Luca Marchetto, after various individual experiences, have decided to launch a brand together: JordanLuca.
From the encounter between Luca’s Italian cultural background and Jordan’s English roots, a brand was born characterized by a unique mix of tailoring lines and urban influences as well as a strong focus on sustainability.
For spring summer 2020, in its second men’s show, JordanLuca has proposed a collection inspired by “New Age travelers, the Earth and the things that were connected to the Earth” as Jordan himself said.
Within the collection, the sartorial element and the steetstyle meet: the trousers, the jacket, sometimes the whole suit are contrasted with sneakers, fluorescent colors, socks and oversized shapes.
The two designers also worked on the sustainability side by replacing nylon with acetate and using natural materials such as wax resin, which, applied on the linen of the cherry red short, creates a shiny effect.
It is a real language, the one created by the two designers, which makes the brand always recognizable, season after season.
Here is a rundown of the most significant looks of the show.
