During this period of quarantine it is mandatory to stay at home, and this is often difficult especially for the most creative and extroverted people who love fashion and design.
More and more fashion brands are launching campaigns to stay active and creative even from home, through contests and challenges. Let’s see them together.
Helmut Lang, a well-known Austrian clothing brand named after its founder, is famous for its minimal style and controversial quotes. From 20 April, a contest called “STAY HOME” launched its Instagram channel, for the creation of a limited edition t-shirt. Anyone who is invited to create a graphic, an image or a photo, and whoever is selected will see their creation made on the t-shirt. The only rules are: one project per person that must refer to the brand without including its advertising campaigns, and must not include exchanges of other people. In addition to making the garment, the winner will also receive a $ 1000 prize. Sign up here
In addition to Helmut, Formy Studio, the brand of stylist Domenico Formichetti, launched two contests, one of which in collaboration with Converse.
The first contest is to always create graphics for a “boxy fit” t-shirt, indulging ourselves with colors and illustrations; the other is launched with Converse and is about the customization of the iconic “Pro Leather” model given as a base. Many have already turned to creativity and the monento may have arrived for you too! Find out more about personalization here
