The latest Gucci campaign presents its Sylvie bags in almost all colors and shapes. For the shots, the Italian maison choose the award-winning actress Faye Dunaway and the singer, SoKo. The two stars are present in a sumptuous and refined environment that gives a glimpse into the lives of the ultra-rich.
The Academy Award winner, 77, plays a famous star and mother who lives her luxury life in Los Angeles with her daughter, played by the French musician. The shots feature both protagonists while they shop on Rodeo Drive, relaxing by the pool and playing tennis, all of course in total Gucci look.
If it were not for the final in which the Dunaway gives Soko the classic and timeless Sylvie, it could be said that once again the Gucci campaign is not focused on the product itself, but on the role it plays in reinforcing a certain status.
Take a look at the campaign in the gallery above. The Sylvie bags are sold on the Gucci online store with a price starting at $1,200 USD.
