The streetwear brand WOLM launched the new collection for the fall/winter 2019-20 season and it is only the beginning of a great evolution.
In addition to reproducing the classic “wolm/be wolm” concept, typical of the brand, this collection gives space to a wide range of commercial items while maintaining a basic side, however, this time it no longer plays the leading role.
So here we see new influences entering the scene, such as those inspired by the “cosmos” world or total looks with a sporty mood that recall the “opposite” theme.
At the center of this new graphic and stylistic impact there is in fact the strong theme of dualism: day and night, good and bad, serious and transgressive.
To express it at its best, Wolm chooses to review this theme in a more modern key, through the punk-rock style, which has always been rich in contrasts and opposites, and it does so above all through prints and embroideries.
Not just a simple evolution
Wolm, born to offer the public a wide range of sweatshirts and t-shirts, as we saw in the SS19 season, has begun to gradually add also coats, knitwear and jeans, to get to what will one day be a complete evolution : that of offering a real total look.
So if you want to let yourself go and show your most transgressive side, at least on weekends, let’s say that this collection is perfect for you!
And remember, #fuckingweekend
