The fashion house Fendi will release a run-collection designed by co-director Kim Jones, but exsclusively for two weeks.
A few months ago, the designer Kim Jones debuted for Fendi with the Haute Couture Spring 2021 and now, with some photographs took by Brett Llyod, he presents the lookbook for the new ready-to-wear capsule.
The campaign was set in the latest Fw21 runway and its protagonists are Bella Hadid and Lila Grace Moss, eldest daughter of Kate Moss.
“This limited edition represents an excellent opportunity to offer our customers a preview, pending the launch of Autumn-Winter 2021 2022”, said Fendi’s CEO Serge Brunschwig.
The items follow a new minimal concept, neutral and monochrome, defined by a romantic tailoring that recalled the Roman heritage of the maison in every centimeter of fabric. The materials are merely simple, such as wool, silk and cotton and; only exception are the long dresses satin. The best detail falls in the finishes, collars and cuffs, but also on the baroque jewels that give light to the looks. Then, there are the iconic ‘Baguette’ and ‘Peekaboo’ bags, presented in white leather and satin with inlayed beads.
The collection will be available from April 15th, but you exclusively can find it nine boutiques located around the world, precisely: Miami District Design, Beverly Hills Rodeo, London, Paris, Seoul, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing.
