Garment Workshop is a brand born from the creative idea of Federico Barengo who, with his 285.000 subscribers on his YouTube account and 251.000 followers on Instagram, has now become a reference point inside the streetwear world.
The brand, born in 2021, is 100% Made in Italy and it is based on information, consumer awareness and cost transparency.
“My idea of product is something that can be physically, culturally and emotionally durable. Garment Workshop wants to embrace the idea of a contemporary wardrobe that is made to last in more than one sense.” writes Barengo on the official website.
Among the distinctive features of the project there is not only a high quality-price ratio but also a great study, from the paper patterns to the accurate research of materials.
Transparency is another fundamental element of the brand that, from the first post published on its official Instagram account, allows anyone to understand better the dynamics that regulate the clothing industry. Federico Barengo shares every phase behind the creation of his products, bringing his followers virtually always with him and sharing through the videos on YouTube and the IgStories every step necessary to get to the end result.

In an era in which fast fashion is dominant, Garment Workshop stands out for its remarkable research, for the attention to detail, for the quality of each article and for the transparency, which make it one of the most interesting young Made in Italy brands of the moment.
