COMME des GARÇONS opens the book and shows the new sneakers in collaboration with Nike

The “black&white” collaboration between COMME des GARÇONS and Nike continues with the new Air Foamposite One.

It’s certainly not the first time we see two big names like that of COMME des GARÇONS and Nike joined in eccentric sneakers, like the beloved COMME des GARÇONS’ Nike Air Force 1 Mid.

This time the collaboration between the two appears during the show FW 2021 presented by COMME des GARÇONS in recent days, in a reworking of the now obsolete Air Foamposite One.

The midsole with carbon insert, lacing and back of the shoe remain faithful to the original model. The creative inspiration of COMME des GARÇONS is on the processing of the upper. The parallel striations are transformed into concentric figures that wrap around the entire shoe, almost creating an optical and movement effect.

The colorway, remain the classic collaboration between the two brands: Triple White and Triple Black, to be worn under anything! It is rumoured that the arrival of the sneakers corresponds to the release of the AI 2021 collection of the brand.
