Style expressed by knitwear. Entirely made in Italy, the first Collection Privée ready-to-wear FW 2015/16 collection, presented during Milan Fashion Week Womenswear, has as main objective putting women at ease. Massimo Bizzi founder and designer of the brand has come up with this woman’s collection in collaboration with Manuela Arcari “the noble soul of Italian minimalism”.
Layering is the key word. The must-have pieces are the those in mesh that combine the macro-pull with the donut-shape neck, the long skirts over the calf, the clothes line and wide wraparound, often surmounted by the hoods-plaid shirt and fabric defined by Arcari as “blanket”. Research and creativity are the basic outline that makes this collection very unique but at the same time decidedly “wearable”. The fabrics: velvet “hidden”, used as it comes out from the frames before being opened to reveal its true essence, made even more unusual on the elegant black-coat with knit behind ton-sur-ton, penned by large numbers made with contrasting colored cardboard. Precious, in its purity, the dress-patch made with a frame that blends the bottom of the large black silk to threads of raw wool. Vibrant and sensual is the “couture made” skirt that cross panels-petal on a thin base as a die.
This collection is certainly the first step of creativity and quality to look forward the success of the accessories line that has become cult in the wardrobe of both man and woman.
