Carhartt WIP x Converse have renewed the collaboration and are ready to release a brand new pair of Chuck 70!
Both brands have decided to use the upcycling technique to make the shoes and the result is really amazing.
They have collected over 1000 items of clothing, including jackets and used pants, from the vintage UK store Beyond Retro to transform them in the Chuck 70.
The panels that compose them in fact come from the pieces of these garments, just to avoid any waste!
These shoes prevented more than 108,000 textile items from being dumped.
The sneakers feature the logo of Carhartt and the logo of Converse plus the signature of basketball player now legend Chuck Taylor.
They will be purchasable on CarharttWIP.com and Converse.com on May 28!
