Christian Petrini is a designer who, after graduating in Fashion and Costume Sciences at La Sapienza in Rome and a master’s degree at IED, began his career working in the tailoring laboratories of Milan, then continuing with the creation of the his brand: PTRCRS.
The brand, which was launched in January 2019 and takes its name from the first six letters of Christian Petrini‘s tax code.
It is a totally Made In Italy project (inside each garment there is an imprinted tracing through which the origins of the fabrics used can be recognized), which includes two collections per year, which arise not from commercial needs but from the genuine creative flow of the moment.
The black color is the common thread in every season and the goal is to represent a generation without a name, a timeless semantics that emphasize the individuality of the wearer.
The new collection consists of 16 apparently very simple total looks but with a notable attention to detail that favor customization and reinterpretation.
The main material is cotton which is used in ripstop, poplin, fleece and jersey versions and proposed in three colors: mauve, black and military green. The result is a genderless and timeless collection of the highest quality.
The garments are available now on thecorner.com
