Chinese lifestyle brand NIO Life has launched a new clothing line, presented during Shanghai Fashion Week.
The label is called BLUE SKY LAB, a name that represents the brand’s sense of experimentation and attention to the environment.
The collection consists of 59 pieces made from recycled fabrics deriving from the automotive world. Clothes with seat belts that mark the waistline of the models and garments made from recycled airbags are just some of the references to the world of the automobile motive.
To these are added neutral men’s suits on which stylized cars are embroidered or we find dresses with zips and fluorescent laces combined with transparent work glasses that take their cue from those used in mechanical workshops.
The dresses were brought to the catwalk by 11 NIO users of all ages who had never run before!
Drawing from the world of cars, Blue Sky Lab has created a collection with futuristic features that combines style and sustainability.
The collection is available online on the official website of the NIO LIFE brand.
