From soft-cases for macbook, ipad and iphone to shoes. Two seemingly distant worlds, but never as indispensable today. And it is the shoe the most important news from Pijama, brand founded in 2006 from an idea of Monica Battistella, fashion designer and Sergio Gobbi, architect.
The duo has decided to re-read the classic neighborhood shoe in a sporty style and suitable to be worn for both men and for women. A choice in line with current fashion trends. The image that appears before your eyes is in fact that of a comfortable and casual lifestyle but made with top quality. The shoes are all made according to the motto of the brand, that is “designed and made in Italy 100%”.
The fabric that makes up the sneakers de chambre is the neoprene – already used for Pijama’s other creations -, and detail they have in common is the functional velcro closure. However, what makes them unique is the ability to choose from eight variants: like denim in black or dark blue in addition to proposals such as the geometric pattern sofa lurex and optical check, wax or zig zag. For the more daring instead the brand offers versions in blue sponge and the silver-washed denim.
Pijama continues its experimentation introducing important changes that step by step are making growing the brand from a commercial point of view. An important reality of made in Italy to believe in and support.
