Ten years have passed since the launch of Alexander McQueen’s skull scarf , an accessory that, thanks to (or because) of the infinite copies and the lucky skull, doesn’t want to go out of style. The theme of decay and death in Alexander Mcqueen ‘s fashion was a leitmotif, that has also come to life in a scarf. Will be released on November 15 the collection of scarves in collaboration with the artist Damien Hirst, which revisits the famous skull scarf from a series inspired by his entomology. The skulls are accompained with insects, butterflies, colors. The collaboration celebrates the ten years of the accessory created by the late artist McQueen, who died on February 11, 2010.
