The Italian maison chooses the fashion film hybrid tool to present the new Women’s and Men’s collections for the Fall/Winter 2021.
Versace has announced that it’s going to give up the show in Milan, which will take place from 23th February to 1st March and that far from the traditional will present the collections with the digital format on the 5th March. “Being a digital event has its advantages. One of them is being able to connect with the public whenever you think the time is right,” said the chief Donatella Versace in the press release.
A choice that was influenced neither by the period nor by Camera Moda, but only by the desire to share the new collections in an alternative way, namely digital, that for Versace is completely innovative. “Fashion is art, and for this very reason, sometimes it must be able to express itself outside predefined paths to flourish at its best” he concludes.
