The return of a legendary collaboration.
In 2009, UNIQLO and the fashion designer Jil Sander started their partnership by launching the +J brand, a collaboration that ended in 2011. Nine years after the last collection, the two are back with a capsule at the sign of minimalism.
For the Fall/Winter 2020 collection, UNIQLO and Jil Sander have added a new chapter to their collaboration, keeping the same goal: to challenge the conventions of high fashion by creating a simple but quality clothing line, to allow everyone to enhance their personality in a simple and refined way. The result is a series of 38 women’s and 35 men’s pieces destined to become essentials in our wardrobe, as both partners underline.
The principles that guide the collection are modernity, durability over time and simplicity. Furthermore, by creating smaller collections, we can better respond to the needs of our customers. Now more than ever, we focus on the essential: connecting with our community and preparing for a shared future.
The +J Fall/Winter 2020 collection remains faithful to Jil Sander‘s clean aesthetic, in a wide range of minimalistic garments: cashmere crewneck sweaters, available in a range of colors ranging from black and white, to cream and burgundy, classic striped or total white shirts; wool blend trousers, cashmere caps, scarves, duvets, coats and parkas.
