Nike pays homage to the sport fans inspired by the concept of home and away matches: just as the players change the color of the uniforms based on where they play, so the color of the sneaker will change.
The proposal is a pack containing six sneakers, three Air Force 1 and three Air Max 90, which will change the color of the upper. In fact, the sneakers will change from the “Home” color to the “Away” one (and vice versa) based on the owner’s foot movement and wear patterns.
The Air Force 1 Low hat-trick includes a pair of sneakers that turns from black to red, one from gray to blue faded by a red Swoosh, and another one from off white to royal purple.
Only two of the Air Max 90 have been unveiled, with a more technical and layered silhouette than their counterparts. Probably just the upper will change color; moreover, the Air Max 90 will boast the “Jewel Swoosh“, used for this model only once before.
Both two colorways offer a beige upper, one with blue details, the other with orange and black accents.
Both models are characterized by a compass on the tongue, proposed also on the label.
We just have to wait for the release, which is expected for early June.
Have a look also to the Nike x Travis Scott Air Max 270 “Cactus Trails”.
