The next week’ll see one of the most discussed Nike‘s silhouettes, the Air Deschutz, which brings to light the old debate on the slipper-sock combo.
The shoe has been presented for the first time in 1992, as part of the ACG line (All Conditions Gear), and it was one of the first examples of “cross-training sandal”. Thanks to its unique design, the Air Deschutz is an hybrid very discussed for its shape but not for its functionality.
In fact, designed for challenge the outdoors and go hiking, the sandal was perfect also for a simple walk in the fresh air or equally at home.
The return of the Air Deschutz in 2020 stay true to its original look: is still built to easily cross a wide range of lands, but allows also different choices of style thanks to its contemporary colors.
The available colorways will be triple black, blue-on-black, lime green-on-black with pink details, black retrò with purple, yellow and turquoise details. Another touch of color is given by the sole, with the Air Deschutz branding, in the shades already present on the upper.
The Nike Air Deschutz release is expected on Thursday 14th May on the app SNKRS, on the Nike website and other selected retailers.
