From November 15th to December 9th 2018, the Armani/Silos of Milan will host the Italian Panorama exhibition at the Photo Vogue Festival 2018. It is a collective exhibition aimed at enhancing some of the most original young interpreters of Italian fashion photography, a genre that, like today, has never been so dynamic and heterogeneous.
In the global photographic panorama, the exhibited authors stand out for the individuality of their research and their vision of fashion, while expressing a contemporary aesthetic. The dissolving of the boundaries between genres and photographic categories, a return to analogue, a particular attention to social and political themes, a versatile narrative ability, of strong impact on printed paper as on social media, a radically different way of portraying the body and the gestures, are some of the characteristics that the photographers have in common for this exhibition.
On show are works by Luca Anzalone, Maddalena Arcelloni, Nicolò Bagnati, Maurizio Bavutti, Alessio Boni, Luca Campri, Dario Catellani, Giovanni Corabi, Bea De Giacomo, Vito Fernicola, Alessandro Furchino Capria, Clara Giaminardi, Adrianna Glaviano, Arianna Lago, Francesco Nazardo , Dario Salamone, degli Scandebergs, Leonardo Scotti, Alexandra Von Fuerst and Paolo Zerbini.
Access to the Italian Panorama exhibition is free for its entire duration. The opening hours of Armani/Silos are as follows: from Wednesday to Sunday from 11.00 to 19.00; from the 15th to the 18th of November, during the days of the Photo Vogue Festival 2018, the opening is exceptionally prolonged at 9.00pm.
