Clarks Originals announces its collaboration with the contemporary music platform Colors. A synergy that has led the two companies to choose together four emerging artists from all over the world, who have been invited to play one of their pieces in the Colors studio in Berlin.
Colors is a music platform with a unique aesthetic that showcases exceptional talents from all over the world, and is characterized by the promotion of new artists and the most distinctive original sounds.
Music is therefore at the center of the ethics of the Clarks Originals brand and the new partnership with Colors allows celebrating the contemporary voice of today’s music scene. Likewise, Clarks Originals and Colors emphasize the importance of aesthetics and how style and fashion play an extremely influential role in representing the cultural context of music.
Among the emerging artists we find 070 Shake, with his hip-hop from North Bergen, Ama Lou, a 21-year-old artist from North London, Mike Jenkins and his hip-hop from philosophical lyricism and finally the singer R’n’b, Snoh Aalegra.
Each artist wears Clarks Originals for his performances, with styles that include the iconic Wallabee, known for its distinctive moccasin design and crepe sole. The Desert Trek, one of the most beloved of Clarks Originals, known for its mid-seam and introduced for the first time in the 70s. And finally, the new silhouette of the iconic Kiowa winter model, a sporty casual cotton hybrid made with Native American footwear techniques, unlined for comfort.
