After the great success of previous releases, such as the Prince Albert Capsule launched at the end of 2020, which we also talked about here or the Salvation Sneakers proposed the previous year, Adidas and 032c are back with a new capsule.
This time the sneaker models captured in preview are two: the GSG TR and the GDG Mule. Both rather technical and functional models which, in the same words of 032c designer Maria Koch, are designed to add experimentation and technology starting from the classic and long-time favorite model of sneakers for the designer, the GSG-9.
However, the look of the GSG-9 is distorted and even from the appearance alone the futuristic flavor of the capsule is clear and evident.
Mid-cut and visually utilitarian, the pair of sneakers proposed adopts a series of updates ready for the most tortuous paths. The drawstring closures offer safety and practicality while the neoprene fabrics guarantee waterproofness and resistance.
The colors available will be a subdued “Stone Gray” and an eccentric “Hi-Res Yellow” for the GSG TR version and an inevitable “Core Black” and “Savannah” camel color for the GDG Mules.
